Abstract

The study aims to test and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on the desire to switch jobs with loyalty to work as a modernity variable, the study on regular employees of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang. The population in this study is that all regular employees of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang. The sample used in this study is made up of 100 regular employees of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang. The analysis used is simple linear regression analysis, determinative coefficient test (R2). Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the simple linear regression test results concluded; (a) Intense satisfaction does not significantly affect the desire to change employment results from the moderated regression analysis (MRA) test that work loyalty cannot improve the influence between job satisfaction and employee desire to change employment. The result of a coefficient determination (r) model 1 shows the magnitude of the influence of job satisfaction on the desire to change employee jobs by 3, 4%. At the coefficient determination (r2) model 2 shows that the effect of job satisfaction with the modeling of loyalty are capable of influencing workers' desire to change jobs of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang regular employees was by 8, 7%.
