Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership, reward and punishment on employee performance at PT. Rocket Chicken Indonesia in Pemalang Region. This research uses quantitative method5. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. This study distributed 104 questionnaires to employees of PT. Rocket Chicken Indonesia in Pemalang Region. The data analysis used multiple linear regression and t test. Based on the results of the study showed that simultaneous and partial leadership. re·ward and punishment have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Rocket Chicken Indonesia in Pemalang Region
