This study aims to determine the effect of Insider Ownership, Institutional
Ownership, Dispersion Of Ownership, Collateralizable Assets, Board
Independent and Profitability on Dividend Policy. This study uses a type of
association research method with a quantitative approach. The population used is
all financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as
90 companies. The sample used in this study using purposive sampling method
and obtained 8 companies. Data obtained from annual reports on the official
website of the Indonesia Stock E:xchange. Furthermore, the collected data were
analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis
prove that insider ownership, institutional ownership and dispersion of ownership
have a significant positive effect on dividend policy. Collateralizable assets has
insignificant positive effect on dividend policy. The board independent has no
effect on dividend policy. Profitability has a significant negative effect on dividend
policy.
