Abstract
Japanesecuisine has experienced rapid development since the 2000s in Indonesia. However, Japanese masakan contains raw materials and processes that are not guaranteed halalness. The development of the Jepang food business has made some Japanese restaurants change their non-halal raw materials to halal ingredients so that they can be consumedby Muslim communities in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitstif research. with a purposive sampling approach and the subject of research is the Banyumas community. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by means of a questionnaire, in this study the analysis tool used was by analyzing Multiple Linear Regression using the help of a computer gram pro, namely SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) version 25 The results ofthis research show that five independent variables, namely, halal label, religiosity, and foodstuffs. The results of this study showed that in this simultaneous test all free variables had a significant effect together, and the results of the partial test of two variables free of halal label and religiosity had a significant effect, while the variability of foodstuffs had no significant effect, dnatural determination test or R square R Square value of 0.756 which means that independent variables consisting of halal labels (X1), religiosity (X2), and foodstuffs (X3) have a 75.6% effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with the remaining 24.4% influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study
