Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, organizational commitment and work involvement on the performance of the Owabong Purbalingga employees. This research is a quantitative study using a total of 112 permanent employee respondents at the Owabong Purbalingga. The sampling technique used is saturated sample technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, data analysis test, model fit test and hypothesis test. The results of the study show that work discipline, work motivation, organizational commitment and work involvement simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline, work motivation, organizational commitment partially and work involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
