Abstract

The Agrarian National Operations Project Program (PRONA) is a mass certification program created by the government in the context of mapping existing land in Indonesia and providing legal certainty for every land owner in Indonesia, which has now been updated to become the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL). Defective property rights certificates due to misinformation on land measurement in the PRONA program occurred in Karanganyar Village, Gandrumangu District, Cilacap Regency. There is a piece of land inherited from parents that should be distributed to their four children, only divided between three children contained in a certificate made in the PRONA program. This research aims to find out and analyze the form of legal protection for victims of land surveying errors due to the PRONA mass certificate program and to find out and analyze the efforts made to prevent land measurement misinformation from the PRONA program. The research used in this research uses a normative juridical approach, namely an approach by examining regulations or laws in Indonesia and correlating them with cases that are the object of the author's writing and complemented by the results of clarification and identification of legal facts from sources. The results of the first research on legal protection are filing a lawsuit with the State Administrative Court (PTUN), mediating the cancellation of the certificate with the National Land Agency (BPN), and mediating compensation to the victim. Second, efforts are measuring with the approval of land neighbors and checking the correctness of physical and juridical data.
