The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of institutional ownership,
managerial ownership, firm size, leverage and liquidity on company financial
performance, the population in this study are manufacturing sector companies
listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2019-2021 period as many as
194 companies. The data in this study were obtained from theannual report. The
data collection method used was purposive sampling. The samples used in this study
were 36 companies. The data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive
statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, model
fit test and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that institutional
ownership, managerial ownership and liquidity have no effect on financial
performance, company size has a positive effect on financial performance,
leverage has a negative effect on financial performance.
