Abstract
Definition of Literacy Activities Traditionally, literacy is seen as the ability to read and write, so that people who are said to be literate are people who are able to read and write or are free from illiteracy. UNESCO also says that literacy means practices and social relations related to knowledge, language and culture. Life in the era of globalization which is increasingly familiar with science, technology and art makes humans must have the basic skills to survive in the midst of the global era. For this reason, it is very important to have and master a literacy culture to support a life that continues to grow rapidly.
