Abstract
This research was conducted in the Sri Asih farmer group, Kalicupak Kidul Village, Kalibagor Subdistrict, Kanyumas Regency. This study aims to examine the roles of the Sri Asih farmer group, the factors that influence rice production, and the obstacles faced as well as the solutions made by the group in Kalicupak Kidul Village, Kalibagor District, Banyumas Regency. Descriptive, qualitative, and quantitative methodologies were employed in this study's methodology. Saturated sampling, or the census method, was used for sampling. A total of 36 farmers were included in the sampling, including group leaders and members. There are 30 active members and 6 administrators for the farmer groups. The findings of this study revealed that the Sri Asih Farmer Group had performed their duties following their roles. The Sri Asih farmer group is very effective, as seen by their involvement in learning classes, as a means of cooperation, and as a production unit. This is evident from the administrators' and members' perceptions of the farmer group. Urea fertilizer, Ponska fertilizer, and pesticides were the main factors affecting the rice production of Sri Asih farmer group.
