Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, facilities and promotion on Grab Bike customer satisfaction in the Purwokerto community (South Purwokerto, North Purwokerto, West Purwokerto, and East Purwokerto). Selection of this research sample using purposive sampling. The sample of this research is 110 respondents. The research method in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously the variables of service quality, facilities, and promotions affect customer satisfaction. For partial tests, the variables of service quality, facilities, and promotions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
