Abstract

This study aims to describe the types of directive illocutionary speech acts in second-grade learning at SD IT (Integrated Islamic Elementary School) Mutiara Hati Purwareja Klampok Banjarnegara. This is a qualitative descriptive research with data in the form of speech among teachers and students during learning. The data sources were teachers and students who interacted in the second grade of SD IT Mutiara Hati Purwareja Klampok Banjarnegra. The provision of data used the listening method with the advanced technique of observation non-participatory method (SBLC). Data analysis in this study applied the distributional method and the segmenting immediate constituent technique (BUL). Presenting the results of analyzing the data used is an informal presentation method. The results of the research on the types of directive illocutionary acts in second-grade learning at the school contained 105 data on the types of directive illocutionary acts. The 106 data consist of 13 data types of requestive directive illocutionary acts, 45 data of directive question illocutionary speech acts, 27 data of directive requirement directive illocutionary speech acts, 6 data of prohibitive directive illocutionary speech acts, 6 data of permissive-directive illocutionary speech acts, 8 data types of directive advisories illocutionary acts.
