Abstract
This research was conducted in Kalisalak Village, Kebasen Sub-District of Banyumas Regency in July 2022. The aims of this research were to: 1. recognize the implementation of the trading business (UD) management of Ngudi Lestari. 2. comprehend the development of the business for the last 5 years (2017-2021). 3. figure out the influence of the business on the socio-economic life of coconut sugar craftsmen. The method applied in this research was survey method. The data used are primary and secondary data. The sampling used a saturated or census sampling technique where all 25 coconut sugar artisans were used as respondents. Based on the results of this study. it is concluded that the implementation of the management applied was effective and efficient. The development of agro-industry experienced a decline and eventually increased again over time. The influence of agro-industry on the socio-economic life of coconut sugar craftsmen is included in the Influential category because the income earned plays a role in fulfilling their daily needs.
