Abstract

This study aims 1) to find out the profile of the Cap Tiga Anak Noodle Factory in Wlahar Kulon Village, Patikraja District of Banyumas Regency, 2) to find out the problems in implementing dry noodle production management at the factory, 3) to find out solutions to the management problems of dry noodle production, 4) to find out the application of dry noodle production management at the Cap Tiga Anak Noodle Factory. The method used in this research was the case study. The determination of the respondents in this study used purposive sampling with certain criteria so that out of the total number of workers, 16 respondents were obtained. This research was conducted from July to October 2022. The research results showed that Cap Tiga Anak Noodle Factory was the first dry noodle production factory in Banyumas in 1925 which was founded by the first owner of Chinese descent named Ho Kie San, then the status of factory ownership is hereditary until now. Problems in the management of dry noodle production experienced by the Noodle Factory are very diverse, ranging from planning such as selecting prospective workers, capital requirements, fulfillment of raw materials, machine damage, delays in payments, organizing, processing, and supervision. The solution to the management problem of dry noodle production carried out by the business is in accordance with the core of the problem, starting from planning, the factory has special criteria, loans from a bank if there is a lack of capital, purchasing raw materials on a large scale, providing spare parts if the machine has a problem. Damage, payment of sales proceeds in cash and in accordance with maturity, Organizing, Processing, and Supervision. The application of dry noodle production management carried out by the factory management does not only aim to smooth production, it can also overcome problems that have not been, are being or will be experienced, facilitate product supervision, and can be used as a reference in running an industrial business.
