Abstract

Along with the development and expansion of technology in the world of
education which is increasingly rapidly making the world of education
increasingly challenged in creating new breakthroughs in the form of applications
that can support learning abilities in implementing yaumiyah charitable practices
that have been taught by schools. This will certainly make it easier for teachers to
monitor students in practicing the contents of learning materials at school and
outside of school. This is intended to help the educational process be far more
advanced and of course it will be up to date.
The type of research used in this research is research and development or
Research and Development (R&D). Research and Development (R&D) research
using a qualitative approach is intended to be able to obtain products with a natural
background as a whole, conduct inductive data analysis, direct the research target
at finding a theory from the ground up, and be descriptive and applicable in nature
which will describe the process up to the results.
The results of research and development of yaumiyah charity application
products to improve student self-management at Zam-Zam Muhammadiyah
Boarding School High School are needed, where at first yaumiyah charity activities
were carried out using manual presence which has been replaced with an
application system. This is evidenced by the presence data in the application which
is increasing. This Yaumiyah charity application is also considered feasible as
evidenced by the results of a questionnaire distributed to students of material
experts and media experts which states that this Yaumiyah charity application is
worth using with an assessment of material feasibility, with a total average of 4.17
in the good category and an assessment media feasibility of 4.2 with a very good
category based on experts. Apart from that, in terms of achieving the benefits of
the yaumiyah charity application, the school has been able to monitor the results
of students' attendance in the form of data and graphics so that it is easy to read.
With this Yaumiyah charity application, the school is greatly helped because it can
monitor the worship of students via Android and on the other hand students feel
cared for about their worship and hope that it can become a good habit when in the
school environment and in society in the future.
