Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, financial compensation and work discipline on the performance of PT Sabda Alam Prima Nusa Majenang employees. The population in this study were employees of PT Sabda Alam Prima Nusa Majenang. The sample used in this study was 112 respondents using the Accidental Sampling technique. The analysis used to determine the effect is the t test and F test. Based on the results of the t test analysis it means that partially job training has no significant effect on employee performance, financial stimulation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline partially positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the F test it was concluded that simultaneously job training, financial penalties and work discipline affect employee performance.
