This research is intended to determine the effect of business risk, managerial ownership, company size and capital structure on financial performance for the 2019-2021 period. Financial performance is measured by ROA. The sample used in this study is an industrial sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that the obtained 54 data used was multiple regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results showed that business risk has a positive effect on financial performance, managerial ownership has no effect on financial performance, company size has no effect on financial performance and capital structure has no effect on financial performance. Research on financial performance needs to be carried out because it can reflect the success of a company in generating profits and considering the company's main goal is to prosper shareholders by continuously multiplying the company's wealth.
