Land productivity is the average crop yield to the area of the crop commodity in one planting period. This study aimed to determine the productivity and factors that affected differences in the productivity of lowland rice fields in Karanganyar, Karangjambu, Pengadegan, and Kaligondang sub-districts. This study implemented a purposive sampling method and interviews with sharecroppers, with paddy field productivity as the dependent variable and independent variables which included: land area, land condition, soil acidity, fertilization, rice variety, pest attack, crop disease, weed control, bulk rain, and technology application. The survey data was analyzed by GIS (Geographic Information System) through IDW (Inverse Distance Weighted) method to produce a distribution map. The results revealed that the average productivity of paddy fields in Karangjambu sub-district was 0.39 tons/ha, Karanganyar was 0.74 tons/ha, Pengadegan was 3.63 tons/ha, and Kaligondang was 3.36 tons/ha. Factors affecting the productivity of lowland rice fields in Karangjambu District were land area and crop disease; in Karanganyar sub-district were land area, land conditions, and rice varieties; in Pengadegan sub-district were land area, land conditions, and weed control; in Kaligondang District were land conditions.
