Abstract
The role and function of women are the most important part of the wheel of life, because the saying is that women are the pillars of the land, and when women are good, they prosper the country, but if women in the country are ruined, the state will be ruined. The ‘Aisyiyah commitment as the Islamic women's movement in the fatherland can be proven until the age of a century ahead. Muhammadiyah in women's fields can be helped because this field is cultivated and developed by this oldest ortom. The study aims to assess the role of 'Aisyiyah is to increase the diversity of village communities pernicious in the Cilongok Banyumas District. This study is a type of field study with the research subjects of the leaders 'Aisyiyah twigs, members and rural communities of pernasidi. Data collection with interviews, observation and documentation whereas data analysis methods with data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Studies have shown that, 'Aisyiyah has a role to promote community diversity in a branch of commerce through the Tabligh field. Proven with communities actively following TPQ activities and regular presentations, it has an awareness of the importance of learning the Qur'an and the religious sciences, increased faith and a lack of it.
