This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, and company size on
financial difficulties. This research is a quantitative research. The data source used
is secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial report. In this
study, financial distress is calculated using a z-score proxy. The population used
in this study are infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
in 2019-2021. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability method with a
purosive sampling technique and obtained 57 companies as a sample with 156
observational data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression
analysis. The results of this study indicate that leverage and firm size have a
positive effect, while liquidity has no effect on financial distress.
