Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, organizational culture, and cyberloafing behavior on the performance of employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Purbalingga. Sampling using incidental sampling method through a questionnaire. The sample used was 154 employees. Researchers analyzed the data using multiple linear regression with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) application. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially and cyberloafing behavior has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance partially. Based on the test results of the adjusted R2 coefficient of determination of 42.5%, it means that the variables of work environment, organizational culture, and cyberloafing behavior can explain employee performance by 42.5% and 57.5% explained by other factors.
