Abstract
The research objective was to determine the simultaneous effect of transformational leadership, work environment, compensation, and work stress on job satisfaction of PT Sumber Baru Aneka Motor Area Purwokerto and Cilacap employees. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach. The sample of this research is 100 respondents using simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire sheet with classical assumption tests, data analysis tests and hypothesis testing. The results of this study transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Sumber Baru Aneka Motor area Purwokerto and Cilacap, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction at PT Sumber Baru Aneka Motor area Purwokerto and Cilacap, compensation has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction employees of PT Sumber Baru Aneka Motor in the Purwokerto and Cilacap areas, and work stress has a positive and no significant effect on job satisfaction of employees in PT Sumber Baru Aneka Motor in the Purwokerto and Cilacap areas. The conclusion shows that transformational leadership, work environment, compensation, and work stress simultaneously influence the job satisfaction of PT Sumber Baru Aneka Motor employees in the Purwokerto and Cilacap areas.
