PT. Inti Indosawit Subur is a palm oil-producing company located in Pelalawan Regency. This company employs female workers who have daily worker status as independent contractors. Female workers need protection regarding their rights, one of which is regarding occupational safety and health. This study aims to examine the implementation of occupational safety and health of female daily workers in the oil palm plantations of PT. Inti Indosawit Subur and the company's responsibility towards daily female workers in the oil palm plantations of PT. Inti Indosawit Subur. Normative and empirical judicial research using both primary and secondary data was used in this research. Research findings on the implementation of workplace safety and health for female daily employees in the palm oil plantations of PT. Inti Indosawit Subur This is in accordance with articles 86 and 87 of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, which states that employees have a right to protection for workplace safety and occupational safety and health management. The research results, which explain the company's responsibility to its workers who experience work accidents, are maximized by providing social security as stated in Article 8 of Law Number 3 of 1992 concerning Workers' Social Security.
