Information technology is one of the main resources in a company which plays an
important role in increasing competitiveness and optimal service. One of the
information systems used by TDC Purbalingga is the SIAP SMS application to
compile and present sales value reports and the amount of data package card
inventory. Problems found such as the sales history feature of starter packs and
vouchers cannot be displayed so users have to remember or record manual vouchers
or starter packs that have been sold, the sales form can only scan a maximum of 10
starter packs or vouchers, while one scan is up to 50 starter packs . So that an
evaluation is needed in the Usability aspect. Meanwhile, ISO 1924-11 is a guideline
used as a standard for improvement to evaluate applications. This study used 30
respondents consisting of all TDC Purbalingga office employees. Using the Partial
Least Square (PLS) data analysis method which consists of 4 (four) variables namely
effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, usability. From the results of data analysis it is
known that effectivity is not significant with usability, namely 0.046, efficiency is not
significant with usability, namely 1.176, satisfaction is significant with usability,
namely 2.276.
