Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of product quality, service quality, price, and location on purchase decision at Bakso Pekih Purwokerto. This research was carried out at Bakso Pekih Purwokerto with all customers of Bakso Pekih Purwokerto as the sampling. The sampling was taken by accidental sampling method using Rao Purba formulation, with total samples of 110 respondents. This is a quantitative research. Questionnaire technique was used to collect the data, and validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple-linear regression, and R test were used to anlyze the data. The results of this research show that:1) Product Quality has positive and significant effect on customers' purchase decision with value of tstatistic = 2,499 > ttable = 1,65993 2). Service quality has positive and significant effect on customers' purchase decision with value of tstatistic = 2,281 > ttable = 1,65993. 3). Price has positive effect but insignificant on customers' purchase decision with value of tstatistic = 0,663 < ttable = 1,65993.4). Location has positive and significant effect on customers' purchase decision with value of tstatistic = 3,548 > ttable = 1,65993.
