The purpose of this study was to examine the variables of the influence of intellectual capital, profitability, leverage, institutional ownership, on firm value. The sample selection in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. The research sample consisted of 144 observations consisting of 47 companies listed on the LQ45 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, model fit test and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that intellectual capital has no effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, Leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value, and institutional ownership has a positive effect on firm value.
