The Academic Information System of the University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto (SIAUMP) is an information system developed by the University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto which aims to become a medium in the academic field. User satisfaction is the most important thing that becomes a benchmark for determining the success of implementing a system, but so far academic information systems have never been evaluated for satisfaction factors based on user perceptions from the student side so analysis is needed to measure the level of user satisfaction. In an effort to achieve user satisfaction of the Mihammadiyah University Purwokerto Academic Information System with the sia.ump.ac.id domain, the researcher uses the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The EUCS instrument includes five variables: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease Of Use, and Timeliness. The sampling technique used is random sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 99 students. Furthermore, the data obtained were processed using SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research were from 99 respondents, 68 respondents were satisfied with the Academic Information System of the University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto.
