Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment, Self Efficacy and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Performance (At PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Purwokerto Branch). The sample in this study amounted to 110 people who are employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Purwokerto Branch. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling (census) and data was obtained from respondents using a research instrument using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results this research state that; (a) Organizational Commitment has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (b) Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (c) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination, the adjusted R² shows the magnitude of the influence of Organizational Commitment, Self Efficacy and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of 45.7%, while the remaining 54.3% is influenced by variables or other factors not examined in this study.
