This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and cash dividend policy on stocks price. The study included all companies listed on LQ45 stock index during 2016-2019.The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method and obtained 64 companies as samples with 194 observational data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression analysis with the SPSS 23. The results showed that profitability have a positive effect on stocks price, liquidity does not have an effect on stocks price, leverage have positive effect on stocks price, and cash dividend policy have a positive effect on stocks price
