The purpose of this study is to prove the positive effect of Liquidity, Profitability and Firm Size, as well as the negative effect of Solvability on the Level of Disclosure of Financial Statements. The sample used is consumer goods industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 – 2019. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample acquisition of 162. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that Liquidity, Profitability and Firm Size did not affect the completeness of financial statement disclosures. At the same time, Solvency had a negative effect on the completeness of financial statement disclosures.
