This study aimed to determine the effect of firm size, profitability, leverage
and liquidity on voluntary disclosure. This study was quantitative. The
population used in this study were food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2019. The
sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling that obtained 14
companies with 70 observational data. The data analysis method used is
multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for Social
Sciences (SPSS) version 20 application. This study showed that firm size and
profitability have a positive effect on voluntary disclosure, while leverage and
liquidity have no effect on voluntary disclosure.
