This study aims to measure hospital performance using the balanced scorecard method. This research is a case study research by analyzing company data and then measuring performance based on four perspectives, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and growth and learning perspective. The research was conducted by taking data for 2 years, namely from 2019 and 2020.
The results showed that the performance of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital was seen from (a) the hospital's financial perspective was categorized as poor, the efficiency ratio was categorized as inefficient, and the effectiveness ratio was categorized as effective, (b) the customer perspective for acquisitions was not good while retention and satisfaction were classified as good, ( c) the perspective of internal business processes is classified as good, and (d) the perspective of growth and learning, retention and training of employees is classified as poor, while productivity and employee satisfaction are said to be good.
