Abstract

This was a descriptive study to determine the effect of Islamic work ethics, work motivation and organizational commitment o employee performance. The independent variables in this study were the Islamic work ethic, motivation, and commitment to the organization, while the dependent variable was the performance of employs. The objects of this study were employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Banyumas, this study used 74 sample of respondents. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling while data analysis techniques used in this research were the validity and reliability test, descriptive statistic, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The analysis shows that partially the work ethic of Islam affected the performance of employees with a value of 3.652 tcount> ttable 1.994. While the motivation to work partially employee performance with a value of 3.864 tcount > ttable 1.994. While the organization’s commitment did not affect o the performance of employees with a value of -1.364 tcount < ttable 1.994.
