Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership, work environment and compensation affect the performance of nurses at the Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital. The population in this study were all nurses who worked at RSI Banjarnegara. Determination of the sample was taken using a non-probability sampling method, namely by using the slovin formula, the result was a sample of 133 respondents. This research is a survey research, data collection online. The data obtained were tested for validity and reliability then tested with classical assumptions. Furthermore, the results of the data were analyzed by multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing consisting of the coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The results showed that leadership, work environment and compensation partially have a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Partial analysis test results show that leadership has a significant positive effect on nurse performance. Work environment has a significant positive effect on nurse performance, compensation has a significant positive effect on nurse performance.
