Abstract

This study aims to: (1) develop interactive multimedia based on android-based
science learning content for material transformation of objects for fifth grade
students at SD Gugus Diponegoro, Banyumas District, (2) describe the planning
and learning process by using interactive multimedia based on android-based
science learning content change material form of objects for fifth grade students
of SD Gugus Diponegoro, Banyumas District, (3) describes the effectiveness of
android-based interactive multimedia developed for science learning content
material changes in object form for fifth grade students of Diponegoro
Elementary School, Banyumas District. This research is a type of development
research (RnD). The population in this study were fifth grade elementary school
students in the Diponegoro Cluster, Banyumas District. The sampling method
used a group sample (Cluster Sampling). The test subjects at the product trial
stage were 17 students and at the usage trial stage as many as 70 students were
divided into a control class and an experimental class. Data was collected
through interviews, needs analysis questionnaires, media and material expert
assessment questionnaires, teacher and student response questionnaires, and
learning achievement tests. The data analysis technique used independent t-test
with a significance level (ɑ = 0.05) with the result that Ho was rejected and Ha
was accepted. The results of this study are (1) android-based interactive
multimedia meets the eligibility criteria with a very feasible category, (2) the
learning process using android-based interactive multimedia learning content in
science is carried out with a scientific approach, (3) android-based interactive
multimedia is stated effective to improve student learning achievement.
