Abstract

The Banyumas Regency Social and Village Empowerment Office is the implementing element of government affairs in the field of Village Community Empowerment Social Services as a place for services and complaints. The problem to be investigated is that in the Banyumas Regency Social and Village Empowerment Service there is a payroll system, whether it is in accordance with the accounting information system. The method used in the process of preparing the Final Project and collecting data is by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results of the Field Work Practice activities at the Banyumas Regency Social and Village Empowerment Service are that the existing payroll system is in accordance with the SIA or Accounting Information System although the implementation of tasks and functions is still not optimal. This is to facilitate the division of tasks and facilitate supervision, so that each employee has their respective duties so that the resulting data is more accurate and timely. There is no flow chart or process diagram related to the employee payroll system at the Banyumas Regency Social and Village Empowerment Service, for this reason, it is better to include provisions related to employee payroll system procedures, so that the process and implementation is more regular.
