This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health and safety, work ethic, work discipline, and work environment on employee productivity at PT. Charoen Phokpand Jaya Farm Brebes. The sample used in this study is the work productivity of employees of PT. Charoen Phokpand Jaya Farm Brebes as many as 103 respondents using the census technique. The analysis used is the F test, t test and adjusted R2.
The results of this study based on yji F stated that health and safety, work ethic, work discipline, and work environment had a significant effect on employee productivity. Based on the t-test obtained: (a) occupational health and safety have a significant effect on employee productivity. (b) work ethic has a significant effect on employee work productivity. (c) work discipline has a significant effect on employee productivity. (d) the work environment has a significant effect on employee productivity. Based on the coefficient test of the determinant R2 adjusted, it shows that the influence of health and work safety, work ethic, work discipline, and work environment on employee productivity is 51.8% while the remaining 48.2% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
