This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, audit committee, firm
growth, and managerial ownership on dividend policy. The population in this
study are companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2017-2020
period. With the criteria of being registered at JII at least 2 times during the study
period. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Based on the
results of the study indicate that profitability has a positive effect on dividend
policy, the audit committee has no effect on dividend policy, company growth has
no effect on dividend policy, managerial ownership has no effect on dividend
policy.
