Abstract

This report aims to describe financial management in Karangpucung Village, Banyumas Regency. This report uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Based on the Village Budget generated at the Planning stage, the Implementation stage begins. The main activities at this stage include: preparing the RAB, submitting a Payment Request Letter (SPP), and then implementing activities in the field. It is also very important to understand correctly and correctly the duties and responsibilities of each actor (manager). This article will describe in detail this topic.
Village Financial Management as a series of activities, starting with Planning activities, namely the preparation of the Village Budget. Thus, it is important to correctly understand various aspects of the APBDesa: functions, provisions, structure, to the mechanism for its preparation.
