Abstract

This research aims to examined the effect of profit loss sharing ratio, capital adequacy ratio, financing to deposit ratio, education and training costs on non-performing financing. This research is quantitative. The population in this research were Islamic people's financing banks listed on the Financial Services Authority Exchange for the 2015- 2019 period. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique and obtained 100 Islamic people's financing banks which were used as samples with a total of 500 observational data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Theresults of this research indicate that profit loss sharing and education and training costs have a negative effect on non-performing financing. Meanwhile, the capital adequacy ratio and the financing to deposit ratio have no effect on non- performing financing.
