Abstract

This study aims to find out what learning strategies are used during the Covid-
19 pandemic. This research was conducted at SD N 3 Sudagaran, Banyumas
Regency. The type of research that researchers use is a type of qualitative research.
The subjects of this study were selected selectively. Data collection techniques were
carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The research
subjects were principals and fifth grade teachers. Test the validity of the data using
triangulation of sources and techniques. The data analysis used is the Mils &
Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and
conclusions.
The results of the study can be concluded that the learning strategy used is an
electronic-based learning strategy, an electronic-based learning strategy can work
well, but because of problems related to the facilities owned by students, making
learning activities less than optimal, there is cooperation between teachers, students
and parents can make learning conveyed well. Barriers often arise because not all
parents are able to facilitate children to have cellphones, there is no internet quota
and the difficulty of the network is also an obstacle for children to participate in the
learning process. Therefore, the principal suggested to students who received PIP
(Smart Indonesia Program) assistance to be able to take assistance and it could be
used to buy internet quota. This gives researchers information that adaptation in the
implementation of educational activities during the Covid-19 pandemic needs to be
fast, innovative and more creative.
