This study is a study of the Verses of Moral Education in Households according to the Qur'an (Study of Interpretation of the Ministry of Religion). This research is motivated by several problems that occur within the scope of the household caused by a lack of understanding of good morals, so the author decides to examine this problem with the aim of knowing how Moral Education in Households according to the Qur'an (Study of Interpretation of the Ministry of Religion) with the Limitation of Rights and Obligations of Husband and Wife.
The research used in this research is library research and the method used to analyze the data in this research is descriptive analysis method. The data sources used in this study consisted of two kinds, namely by using primary and secondary data sources, primary data sources including the 2002 and 2019 editions of the Qur'an of the Ministry of Religion and secondary or supporting data sources including documents such as books, journals, articles, websites and so on that are needed to complete the data. The data collection techniques in this study used Documentation data collection techniques. The method used by the author in obtaining this data is to use the maudhu'i interpretation method. And the analysis technique used to analyze the data in this research is Content Analysis Technique.
The results of this study are the rights and obligations of husband and wife are divided into three groups, namely the husband's rights to his wife which are automatically the wife's obligations to her husband, the wife's rights to her husband and at the same time the husband's obligations to his wife and joint rights/liability. The rights and obligations of husband and wife are described from 20 verses in the Qur'an, namely in QS. Al-Baqarah/2: 226, 227, 228, 233; QS. An-Nisa/4: 4, 12, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 32, 34, 35; QS. At-Thalaq/65: 6 and 7; QS. Al-Ahzab/33: 5; QS. At-Tahrim/66:6; and QS. Taha/20: 20 and 132. In the presentation of Husband's Rights/Wife's Obligations, there are two discussions, namely Obedience to Husband and Ihsan Al-'Asyarah; Wives' Rights/Husband's Obligations have four topics, namely Mahar, Subsistence, Ihsan Al-'Asyarah, and Guiding and Educating Wife's Religion; and Shared Rights/Obligations there are three discussions, namely the Rights of Tamattu Badani, Mutual Inheritance and Children's Lineage Rights.
