This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion, business age, and religiosity on micro-enterprises capital structure decisions in Banyumas Regency. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative descriptive method, the sampling technique in this study used a accidental sampling technique, with a total sample of 140 respondents. Data analysis technique using SPSS 21 program with descriptive analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test (R2), f test and t test. The results showed that there was a positive and insignificant effect of financial literacy variables on capital structure decisions. Financial inclusion and religiosity have a positive and significant effect on capital structure decisions. Business Age has a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure decisions.
