This study aims to analyze Financial Management in Mersi Village, East Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. Data collection methods in this study used primary data, namely observations and interviews, and secondary data, namely documentation and library studies. The results of the research in this thesis indicate that Kelurahan is the result of the division of Indonesia's administrative regions under sub-districts, which are led by a lurah. Kelurahan is the smallest government unit at the village level, where the kelurahan has the right to regulate a limited area. In carrying out their duties, the Lurah is given government assistance in the form of sub-district funds to help maximize performance to assist in the development of facilities and infrastructure, as well as community empowerment activities. The procedure for managing village funds consists of planning, disbursing and reporting stages. Then in its implementation there are several obstacles including errors when inputting data and documents in the application and incomplete documents, therefore it is necessary to re-check and increase accuracy when inputting data and sending documents.
