A land certificate is a right of land ownership to manage, which is given to a person, group of people or legal entity. Masawah Village is one of the villages located in Cimerak sub-district ofPangandaran Regency, Jawa Barat Province. The Village Office currently does not have an Information System regarding certified land. Thus, there is a problem: how to build an Information System for mapping certified land blocks in Masawah Village. This study aims to develop a web-based information system mapping certified village land blocks. The development stage used is the Waterfall method, starting with the specification of user requirements through System Planning (Requirements), System Modeling (design), System Implementation (Implementation), System Inspection (Verification), and System Maintenance (Maintenance). System modeling using UML. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL as the database. The testing is done using Black Box Testing. The information system can store land certificate data in the village area. The information system displays the land's location or a map of the land in the village area with land boundaries and land location points based on the name of the sub-village.
