Abstract

This research was carried out at Bedakah U.P PT. (ltd.) Tambi Plantation, Kertek Sub-district of Wonosobo Regency, from March to April 2022. This study aims to 1.) determine the occupational relationship between the foremen and tea pickers in the Bedakah Plantation Unit and 2.) recognize the foreman's leadership style affecting the work effectiveness of the tea picker workers. 3.) reveal the consequences between the foreman and tea pickers at Bedakah Plantation Unit. The method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative. The data used are primary and secondary data. There are two samples taken, namely key informants and respondents. To determine the respondents who will be observed using the purposive sampling method with the respondent's criteria, namely a tea picker at U.P Bedakah PT. (Ltd.) Tambi Plantation Wonosobo, who has worked for at least 1-2 years. The number of respondents used as research samples amounted to 56 respondents. The research results are occupational relationships that occur symmetrically or balanced, and they can work together. The most dominant leadership style is democratic. The consequences of work will affect the wages of relationship bonuses and work activities.
