This study aims to determine the affect of ownership structure, audit committee and financial performance on firm value. The data used in this study was secondary data that contain financial statements of companies during 2016-2018. The analysis method used in this study were multiple linear regression analysis. Samples taken were 53 data companies used purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership, audit committee and financial performance have a positive effect on firm value. While institutional ownership has not effect on firm value
