Indonesia is very rich in natural resources such as flora, land, coast, mining and many more. Those natural resources can be managed based on the human resources and technology of the people. The natural resources and their spread are different in each area/region. Lumbir sub-district is a region surrounded by vast farmlands and rice fields. One of the utilization done by the people in Lumbir is for the bricks industry which is one of the traditional industrial innovations done by small farmers and needed by people in the village to build something. This research aimed to find out the brick workers' welfare and their children's education. This was a qualitative research whose data were collected using questionnaire and documentation. The hypothesis was the brick workers' welfare was more than 50% which included in the category of prosperous I and the level of their children's education was more than 50% of Primary School graduates. The results of this research showed and concluded that the brick workers' welfare in Lumbir was53.1% and the education level of their children was53.08%Primary graduates. So, it is suggested that brick workers can improve their working skills in order to result in more products which later on they can sell and promote the product to another region with various prices for a better income.
