Buying and selling online with a pre-order system is a purchasing system by
ordering and paying in advance at the beginning, in the middle or at the end of the
waiting period (estimate) to come. Buying and selling online with a pre-order
system which is a new transaction system in which fraud can occur in the sale and
purchase. This is based on the experience that researchers have experienced when
buying products in an online shop. The product purchased does not match the
given product specifications. This research aims to determine the practice of
buying and selling online with the pre-order system and knowing Islamic law
reviews of online buying and selling contracts with the pre-order system in the
online shop in the Banyumas Regency area.
This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data to be obtained in this
study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection
techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. To
process data and analyze the data that has been collected the author uses the
deductive method.
Based on the practice of buying and selling online with a pre-order system in the
online shop in the Banyumas Regency area, there are no elements that are
detrimental and prohibited by religion as a whole basically according to the
provisions regarding payment, provisions on objects and other provisions in
Fatwa No: 06 / DSN -MUI / IV / 2000 regarding Istishna 'Sale and Purchase.
