Abstract

The study aims to know the cultural influence of the organization, motivation and training on the productivity of the queen garden hotel baturraden. The population in this study is a total of 61 employees. The sample in this study is 61 employees using census sampling techniques. The analysis used is test f, test t and test adjusted R².
The study based on uji f states that organizational culture, motivation and training simultaneously affect employee productivity. On the basis of the t-test obtained; (a) organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity. (b) motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity. (c) training has a positive and insignificant impact on employee productivity. Based on the coefficient of determination R2 adjusted, the organization's cultural impact, motivation and training on worker productivity is 36.1%. While the remaining 63.9% is affected by variables outside the research model.
