The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of cash flow information,
changes in earnings, and debt to equity ratio on the share price of banking
companies. The population used is a manufacturing company in the consumer
goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020
period. The selection of samples in this study was carried out by purposive sampling
and obtained 144 data. The data analysis techniques used in the study were
Descriptive Statistical Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression
Test, and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study show that cash flow information
has a positive effect on stock prices, changes in earnings have a positive effect on
stock prices, and DER has no effect on stock prices.
